Assalam o Alaikum, my family of 6 including a 18 months old infant, performed Hajj through Universal Brothers in 2024. It was a marvelous experience throughout, like from booking to finally coming back home. I live in New Jersey USA. My experience performing all ARKANS of Hajj were very well taken care of. Besides Hajj part, a nice welcome, profusely available nice food plus, staying at hotel, nice Air-conditioned transportation, very nice, caring and helping staff including Brother Furqan and his whole family, Ahram and accessories required for a complete Hajj and also a 24 hours help from talented Ulema. My #Hajj2024 experience with Universal Brothers was exceptional and Unforgettable experience for me & my children.It is a life changing experience for me and Mr Furqan & his team from Universal Brothers made it as comfortable for Hajis as it could be possible.
Mine was almost 11_12 days package (Maktab A).Our stay was in Aziziya from where we commuted to Makkah for Umrah, Twaf e Ziarah, Twaf e Wida.
Our Hotel at Aziziya was very comfortable with great menu at Breakfast,Lunch& Dinner and Delicious snacks in the afternoon. And ice creams and cold drinks  fruits and tea/coffee were available  24/7 which my children enjoyed it a lot.
Mina tents were air conditioned and Toilets were clean. Food and drinks were available there too.
Our Hotel in Aziziya was close to Jamrat so Rami was easily done without any problem & the staff was very helpful and copperative too.
Our tents at Arafat were also very spacious and air conditioned too...We were provided snacks and bags with Toiletries for Muzdalfa.
Buses were comfortable and took us to Muzdalfa on time.
Similarly our Business class train to Madina was great experience and stay in Taiba Front Hotel in Madina was just awesome as it was very close to Masjid e Nabwi SAWW.
Our package included Ziyarats in Madina too.
Hence it was a a comfortable Hajj and cherry on top was hospitality of universal Brothers and Efficient Staff who were ready to help the Hajis, is commendable..Last but not least was availability of Religious scholars on Watsapp to answer any query by Male or female Hajis.I will choose Universal brothers again for my pilgrimage for Hajj or Umrah insha'Allah in future & recommend it to my family & friends.

We Al Humdulliah got opportunity to perform Hajj through Universal Brothers.

I had a very pleasant hajj 2024 experience with universal brothers. I went with my father and we were very well looked after for the entire duration of our stay. Universal Brothers delivered more than what promised. During hajj lot of things do not go as planned, they were innovative, organized ( to the best possible extent in the situation ), and worked hard to make our blessed journey as comfortable as possible.
When I heard stories from my other friends who travelled this year, it seems like our journey was much better and organized.
To any one traveling with Universal Brothers, I would recommend to go their Aziziah building after Jamrat, relax, refuel and then go to Makkah or Minah - under the guidance of group.

Alhamdulillah, we had the opportunity to perform Hajj this year. After exploring various operators, we chose Universal Brothers based on the positive feedback from those who had previously traveled with them. Their strong reputation made them stand out among the other options.

Universal Brothers did an excellent job accommodating nearly every Hajji, with their team always available to assist whenever needed. They had two Ulemas—one from the USA and another from Pakistan—which was a smart move as it catered to a diverse group of people.

While Hajj is never without its challenges, and some difficulties are beyond the control of any operator, Universal Brothers handled these situations with impressive responsiveness, making efforts to address any inconvenience that arose.

What stood out most is how they catered to each individual and family, going above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs at their own pace, so no one felt pressured or left out.

What sets them apart is that they not only delivered what was promised but, in our case, exceeded expectations—something we found other operators often fall short of, especially based on the experiences shared by others. I’m glad we chose them and would highly recommend their services.

Amazing, amazing Hajj experience with Universal Brothers (UB). The Hajj experience can be usually quite chaotic , however doing it with an experienced tour operator like UB made it much more easier.

I felt that the food arrangements were consistently very good. The staff on-hand were very helpful. Infact, they actually saved our skin multiple times when, in crowded areas like Haram, Mina and Jamarat, we got lost by venturing out on our own.

The hotel in Aziziya was very comfortable. Perhaps the hidden benefit of doing the Hajj w/ UB were the considered, interesting and high quality bayans given by eloquent speakers every day.

The stay in Medina was amazing as well, with our hotel on the doorstep of Masjid Al Nabwi and UB arranging the trip to Riyaz al Jannah and to the Rasul Allah’s (PBUH) roza.

Thank you UB for the great service and if Allah wills it, I may also do Umrah with yourselves
